The Labour Muslim network has written to me. I have been unable to find out if the network has any “official” standing in the labour party. It looks genuine enough and might be a useful resource for members. Therefore, the information below is presented as is with no endorsement from Broadland Labour Party.
We hope this email finds you well and in good health during these difficult times. Firstly, can we thank you for all that you, and your CLP, have done for your local members and supporters throughout these difficult times.
Today, we are getting in touch with you on behalf of the Labour Muslim Network.
The Labour Muslim Network (LMN) is an inclusive organisation that promotes the voices of Muslim members and supporters within the Labour party. Through encouraging increased participation in our local and national parties, LMN empowers its supporters to campaign for a fairer, more equal society. Our members are made up of local members, activists, Councillors and Members of Parliament from across the UK.
Our primary aim is to bridge the gap between the Labour party and Muslim communities all across the country.
Right now, we need your help.
This week LMN is launching the largest, most ambitious consultation of Muslim members and supporters of the Labour Party in our recent history. We hope through this consultation to hear the breadth of member experiences around the country and help develop the policy of the Labour party to better represent our communities.
But we need your help to do it!
In order for us to hear as many voices as possible, we need to reach the local members within your CLP.
That is why we are getting in touch today to ask you to kindly promote the LMN survey to your local members and supporters. Through your emails, social media channels, word of mouth and much more – your support will go a huge way in helping us reach members in every CLP.

We also provide a range of services and support to CLP’s and executive teams throughout the year, so please feel free to visit our website (https://www.labourmuslims.org/services) or get in touch anytime. We are always here to help engage with local Muslim communities, with members, provide speakers, Islamophobia training, and much more.
Thank you so much for your support,
Labour Muslim Network
