I have no idea if the Labour party website, labelled Current nominations for the NEC BAME Representative, is up-to-date but on 20 Feb (after nominations have closed) there is a list of 49 candidates who received at least one CLP nomination, 6 received at least one Trades union nomination. 2 Candidates received more than the required 2 trades union nomination and 16 received more than the required 5 CLP nominations (with some overlap) and therefore should be on the ballot paper. Only members who self-identify as BAME will be entitled to vote. Ballot papers arrive after 24th February.
