It is still important to stay as active as we can. Even a small amount of activity will have a positive impact on your physical and mental health, and there is plenty you can do at home. So whether you are self isolating or working from home take some time to look at the home exercise kit and take part. It is a uesful resource and can be used for breaking up long periods of sitting. You should get up and moving for at least five minutes each hour, and to get some fresh air. Try some of the exercised in the booklets.
